Help Us End Homelessness

Donate Today

There are many ways to support the mission of SWB Delivers Outreach Program, and every contribution — no matter the size — helps us move individuals and families from housing instability to permanent housing.

SWB Delivers Outreach Program is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all charitable contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Once your donation is received and processed, our office will provide an official donation acknowledgment letter for your tax records.

Your generosity directly fuels housing placements, supportive services, outreach programs, and life-stabilizing resources for the communities we serve.

Together, we can make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring.

“We’re asking everyone to join with just $1 a month. That small act helps us continue homeless case management, food support, addiction recovery, health outreach, and local events. It takes 30 seconds to sign up—and it makes a real difference.

Will you be one of our $1 neighbors?”

Donate to Our General Operating Fund

Gifts to our General Operating Fund provide the flexible funding needed to sustain and grow the day-to-day work of SWB Delivers Outreach Program.

These unrestricted funds allow us to respond in real time to community needs while maintaining the operational infrastructure required to deliver housing and supportive services effectively.

Your donation supports:

  • Program staffing and case management services

  • Community outreach and engagement efforts

  • Volunteer coordination and training

  • Administrative and operational expenses

  • Technology, systems, and program delivery tools

General Operating support ensures we can continue serving individuals and families experiencing housing instability without interruption.

Every dollar strengthens our capacity to provide housing navigation, supportive services, and life-stabilizing resources to those who need them most.

Renter’s Assistance Fund

Our Renter’s Assistance Fund is designed to help program participants overcome the financial barriers that often stand in the way of securing housing.

Many individuals, seniors, and families are ready for placement but are unable to move forward due to upfront costs required during the leasing process. This fund provides targeted financial support to remove those barriers and accelerate housing access.

Donations to this fund are used to cover:

  • Rental application fees

  • Tenant screening and background check costs

  • Security deposits and move-in expenses

  • Other housing entry-related fees

This assistance frequently becomes the deciding factor between a household remaining unhoused or successfully transitioning into safe, stable housing.

Your support helps ensure that qualified participants are not denied housing opportunities simply because they cannot afford the initial costs of entry.

→ Give today to help someone take the final step from homelessness to housing.
